What are your rates?
What is included in the rental?
Every EagleRider rental includes one half-helmet. 3/4 helmets and full helmets are available on a request basis subject to availability. Each bike also comes with two locks – a disk lock and spoke lock. Additional helmets, jackets, chaps, gloves and other accessories are also available for rental, but not included in the Bike rental rate quote.
What is your payment policy?
All reservations are on a pre-paid basis, meaning we charge your credit card for the full rental at time of booking the reservation. This ensures that your bike is available and waiting for you when you arrive at the rental location. EagleRider accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, and Discover. We highly recommend that you do not use a debit card. Bank owned debit cards can have an “authorization hold” placed on them by the issuing bank for a period of time (1-3 weeks) in which funds cannot be accessed by the user until the bank hold is released.
Do you deliver the bike? If so, what is the cost?
Bike delivery and cost varies by distance and number of bikes. Call us for details.
What is your gasoline policy?
EagleRider rents motorcycles with a full gas tank. The vehicle needs to be returned full of gasoline upon return. Vehicles returned with a less than full gas tank or subject to a refueling charge. Renters may also pre-pay for gasoline, allowing them to return the gas tank empty.
How are mechanical breakdowns handled?
Every renter is provided with a toll free emergency telephone number at pick-up. In case of a mechanical breakdown our staff will arrange for towing to the nearest EagleRider location or repair facility. Please also refer to our VIP/E-VIP terms and conditions.
What happens when I get a flat tire?

Does ER offer sidecars?
Unfortunately for insurance reasons EagleRider does not offer sidecars at this time.
How old do you have to be to rent from ER?
The minimum age to rent a motorcycle is 21 years. There is no age limit for passengers, however the passenger must be able to reach the passenger foot pegs or floorboards of the bike.
What kind of driver’s license is required to rent from ER?
You must have a valid motorcycle license to rent a motorcycle from EagleRider. International customers: If your license allows you to legally ride the same type of bike in your home country, you can rent from us. The license from your country is sufficient, – you don’t have to get an international drivers license.
What are the hours of operation?
At EagleRider Dallas, we are open Monday-Saturday from 9AM-5PM CST and Sunday Noon-5PM CST.
Does ER rent bike’s one-way?
Absolutely. EagleRider is the leader in one-way motorcycle rentals worldwide. You can drop off the motorcycle at any EagleRider location. One-way fees will apply to any one-way rental.
Do you rent GPS systems?
Yes, EagleRider does rent GPS units in most locations.
Do the motorbikes have a cigarette lighter plug to allow for a GPS to be powered from the bike?
The Harley-Davidson® Street Glide®, Electra Glide®, Road Glide® have power outlets built into the fairing. Other bikes in the EagleRider inventory do not have power outlets.
Is the rental based upon a calendar day or rental day?
Rentals are based upon a 24 hour period. If you pick up the bike at 10:00 AM it is also due back at 10:00 AM.
Can I take a rented ER Motorcycle across International borders, such as Seattle to Canada?
EagleRider Motorcycle Rentals are permitted across the Canadian border as long as the Motorcycle is returned to a rental location within the United States. The renter will be entirely and solely responsible for the bike and associated liability while in Canada. For questions regarding other international destinations please contact our reservations department (888) 900-9901.
Is there a place for me to store my luggage while renting a Bike from ER?
Yes, all EagleRider locations will store renter’s luggage, free of charge. EagleRider does not assume liability for the luggage or contents, but will secure it during your rental period.
Are the side saddlebags and the storage lockable?
Certain vehicles provide for lockable storage, the Harley Davidson Electra Glide, Harley Davison Road King, Harley Davidson Street Glide, Honda Gold Wing vehicles include lockable storage.
EagleRider will provide you with a written copy of Terms and Conditions. Please be aware, that as in any rental situation, deviating from the agreed upon Terms and Conditions will be at your own liability and risk.
